Do you really want to debate this? Orochimaru says that Kimimaro was stronger than anyone the Leaf village had. I think he was talking about a healthy Kimimaro and wasn't including Tsunade and Jiraiya. In fact, I could debate how a healthy Kimimaro would be able to defeat Kakashi or Guy. For example, Kimimaro defeated Kidomaru, Sakon, Tayuya, and Jiroubo at the same time without even getting a scratch (unless you can point out 1 scratch on him).
